"I am a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, and my specialization education began with GGS after realizing the need for perinatal education among trainers and their clients.In addition to pre and postnatal population, I am passionate about working with beginners or those brand new to exercise. Regardless if you are just starting out, or have experience behind you - I meet clients exactly where they are at in their fitness journey.I am confident that our time spent together will result in a balanced mindset toward fitness and well-established exercise habits, creating a ripple effect for progress you can build upon for years to come."

Training sessions are customized to the individual with a programming focus of optimizing full body function. This includes a variety of challenging strength movements, dynamic mobility, core and joint stability exercisesTogether you and I will work to:
